Pepsi Girl
Ok now is it there?
April Showers
That usually means you need to clean the ink jet heads. There should be instructions in the help menu for your printer.
AnnBK
That has been my experience, too...clean those print heads. And I also find that this sort of thing happens when you are right in the middle of a big project and right on deadline.

Pepsi Girl
Sadly that did not help. What printer do you use?
April Showers
Sadly that did not help. What printer do you use? I don't use the same brand of printer, but lines like that are almost always the heads. The last time I had problems with it on my printer (a few years ago) I just kept running the clean cycle on the heads until I got a clear print. It did use up a chunk of ink, but my prints have been perfect since. My print drivers have trouble shooting tips.
zebidee75
There are several things to try: - run the 'clean print head' setting - you may have to do this multiple times - if that doesnt work, some printers have a deep clean setting, run this several times - try putting in new ink cartridges - if all else fails, you might need to buy a new printhead - its not cheap but will solve the problem! Hope you get it fixed.
