IT'S TIME FOR THE CHALLENGE OF 3

How do you play?

Create a layout using these 3 guidelines:

1. Use 1 word art

2. Use a minimum of 2 main colors

3. Repeat a shape (i.e. a circle) 3 times


When you finish your LO, post it in this gallery

Here is mine...

Word Art (obvious)
At least two main colors... had more than that but the pink and beige are the main
shape... there are three circles around the word art and then many more (not as much of an impact as I wanted with that but I wanted the picture big to show her style)

Okay here is my layout for the challenge!

Here is my lo for the challenge. The title is supposed to be word art (but I'm not sure if it was supposed to be more arty), the main colors are navy blue, lavender, and baby blue and the 3 shapes are those boxes.

I'm glad I did mine before looking at everyone's because they are so nice and detailed.

Ok I have posted my very first challenge. I think I have got it in the right place. The next thing that I have to get sorted is to do the link in this post. Marnie I think you have already told me and I have it all written down in front of me.....

Thanks Marnie for your encouragement. I hope that I can develop my scrapping skills but I can admit that I am proud of my first LO.

I think the colors and repeat elements are obvious. Just in case, though, circles in dress, paper, and a circle tag.

Oh Ngaire - I think somewhere along the way I may have confused you, and I should have realized this last night! My apologies.

To put the link in:
1. Go to the Scrap Girls page where LO is posted and copy the web address.
2. Now go to the challenge thread in the message board, and click "add reply" (at either the top or bottom of the page)
3. When you are in the reply screen, click on the world (it is just above where you type in the row with B I U S A)
3. In the first little box that pops up, paste the web address you copied, and click "ok"
4. In the second little box, type in your title ("My wonderful Layout"), and click "ok".
5. Now you can finish your post, and click "add reply"

If you have any more problems let me know, and I'll try my best to help!
