I've been struggling to come up with color inspiration for today's challenge, so I'm letting the internet do the job for me! Here's what you need to do for today's challenge:

1) Visit http://www.colorsontheweb.com/colorwheel.asp

2) Scroll down until you find the "Spin the Color Wheel" Button. Press it.

3) Use those three colors as your layout challenge.

When you finish your layout, post it to the Saturday Color Challenge Gallery.

Have fun, good luck, and may the Color Force be with you. :giggle_bear:

Cool! I had to play for a bit, just clicking to see what the spinner would generate. There's definitely some weird combinations! I closed and reopened, to reset everything, and this is the palette that I got for the challenge:post-18472-0-50232400-1390666789_thumb.jpg. It may need some tweaking, but I'll give it a whirl. :)

Here were my color wheel results:

I think I can work with these. Time to scrap!

How did you manage to get a copy of the color wheel results? I tried to copy it, to no avail. Then I tried to print the whole page. Got everything but the color palette.

Carol, I took a screen shot of the web page and then used PSE to cut out the swatch.

Oh and you can just use a screen shot of the swatches alone - by clicking command+shift+4 your curser will change to a crass hair - and then you just drag it over the part you want to copy. Also below each color are numbers. You can enter those numbers in your swatch palette and the color will show up. Hope this helps someone.

I tried that, but it didn't work. Oh well.

How do I put my swatch here? I've tried copy paste everything.

The only way I could figure out how to do it was to post it on the web somewhere and use the web address to upload it. There must be an easier way. And thanks for the neat keystroke tip....just had to try it out and it works perfectly!

I did what Ann did - took a screen shot of the page, pasted it onto a blank PSE file, then cropped it.

Here is mine...now, I have to fold the laundry before I can scrap. Apparently my maid hasn't been doing that this week. I guess I will have to fire here since she hasn't shown up....

She must work for the same company as mine.
