Does anyone know if we have anything like this text action,  http://store.scrapgi...501-p29573.php#

that will work in PSE? I really like this action but it says it does not work in PSE at all. I have PSE 11

TIA

This is something that you may find similar.  I've used it a million times and I love it.

Hi Di, I know the action was tested and did not work in any version of PSE. I don't know of anything similar for PSE, but I see Joy posted a link for something you may want to look at. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Hi Di,

Please accept my apologies -- my action doesn't work in PSE  -- believe me, I tried! My action uses an adjustment option that just isn't available in PSE.

Hopefully, the link above will give you the effect you are looking for!

Hi there.
I use a blend mode on my text to make it suit the paper, sometimes color burn or linear burn, sometimes overlay... It depends on the background. You may need to duplicate the text layer once you add the blending mode (and possibly reduce the opacity)... I have elements and this is all I do :-)
Hope you like the effect it gives :-)

No problem Jennifer.....I completely understand! I have Photoshop also but haven't been brave enough to venture into it....maybe this will give me the little push I need to do that!
