jhbren Posted April 21, 2014 Share Posted April 21, 2014 Hi, Mac users! I'm hoping someone knows how - or if it is possible - to extract a single frame from a video in iMovie. I took the video last summer, when I was just learning how to use my new iPhone. I've successfully transferred it to both iPhoto and iMovie. But I want just two or three snippets, and no motion, to include in a layout. Is there a way to do this, or am I delusional? Any advice is welcome! DebLynn Posted April 22, 2014 Share Posted April 22, 2014 I do this in Aperture, but I'm pretty sure you can do it in iMovie too. I don't use it though so maybe try googling "extract image from video in iMovie(your version#). I did a general search that came up with several methods inc one in iMovie, but the article was from 2010. Maybe you can find something more recent?
