They have some questions about our event...which I can make up answers to but wanted to give you a chance to provide answers as well What are your begin and end times for each meeting? Will you be taking breaks? Lunch? What times and may we refresh? Do you need any snacks? AV equipment? Who is the main contact for this meeting? Any other special requests? Breakfast until bed We don't have official beginning/ending times like a meeting would. We will not need them to provide snacks or lunch - that usually has an extra charge. We can bring in our own snacks anyway. And the Drury has all the free coffee/soda/snacks in the lobby. If they wanted to provide pitchers of ice water, though, that would be nice. We'll take a "break" from the room on Saturday for our photo walk, and maybe the evenings for dinner. I forget what the Drury's policy was on ordering in food (pizza, sandwiches, etc). AV Equipment - I don't think so. Unless someone wanted a projector so they could demonstrate tutorials or lead an exercise class. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So when we are making plans, we need to keep that in mind. It seems to me we had food brought in while staying at a Drury before. But I could be confusing the hotels. Drury has the kick back food bar that we can utilize, but also they have always let us bring food in (even though there policy says no) We've been known to all go to the chat room to chat while we are all sitting together chatting too............. And, I sure wish I could. I've been watching (& enjoying) this thread since it started because I had a wedding to go to in September, but was flying to my sister's in Indiana first to then drive with her to South Carolina. She's only 2 hours from St Louis, so I could have figured out a way to get to the meetup. But, the wedding was the end of September, the dates didn't work, I had to come home and it was too soon for another flight.. SIgh.. Maybe next time.
