ScrapGram Posted July 1, 2014 Share Posted July 1, 2014 Hi everyone - I know a lot of people here don't use the PSE Organizer to tag and organize supplies, but I love it. It has a great feature of backing up the organizer. (This feature is wonderful when you upgrade because the new version pulls all of your tagged jpg files in from the backup). For the past several months every time I try to back it up, it just freezes. I have PSE 11 on a PC with Windows 7. I have backed it up many times before with no problem. I even tried deleting a bunch of items to see if that would help, but it didn't. I currently have around 40,000 digital scrapbook items tagged in it. Any suggestions? Thanks. Sometimes I think it's impatience with me because PSE has so much to sort thourgh before it backs up and it takes time. What I hate is that the computer sits there blinking at you and you have no idea whether its working or frozen up. Completely agree with Jody about having to carve out time from scrapping to do it!
