I have seen so many great LO's in the gallery with lots of comments about borrowing or lifting the idea. So here's your opportunity! Find a LO in the gallery that you love, (do you have any in your favorites file?) and use the LO as inspiration for a LO of your own, don't copy it exactly.

Post your LO AND the one you used for inspiration here!

St. Joseph's Beach by K Scrappy used for inspiration.

My LO Long Beach Island NJ

I can't wait to see everyones LOs!

I agree with you Dee the layouts in the gallery are wonderful

My inspiration came from Brandy Hackman's Giraffe dance in the scrapgirls designers gallery. (sorry I don't know how to do the link) (i've tried five times already!!!!)

Mine is: C:\Documents and Settings\Default User.DEFAULT-H5ES2RL\My Documents\Ngaire\digi things\Projects\Scraplift challenge.jpg

Thanks for this challenge Dee.

The LO that inspired me was What a Babe! by Lisa Newhouse. The bright colors really caught my eye and upon closer look, I really liked the light-hearted journaling.

Here is my LO: Auntie?

This was a fun challenge!

I just looked at everyone's LOs and I love them all. I want to lift quite a few of them.

Another great ScrapGirls challenge. Hope to see more LO's for this one!

"so flattered you would scraplift me! great interpretation!! love the fun bright colors and "artsy" looking brush strokes. great job! curious tho, where you ended up with the previous attempts. ?"

I wanted to do a main picture and then several smaller pictures... I expected to do the scraplift with these photos... http://scrapgirls.com.ipbhost.com/index.ph...i&img=14296

or these http://scrapgirls.com.ipbhost.com/index.ph...i&img=14321

http://scrapgirls.com.ipbhost.com/index.ph...i&img=14322

These sets of pictures, I realized I was putting too many and narrowed it down to these few that popped the most and they seemed to work better without the extra pretties. I plan to do another layout inspired by that same one of yours where I can use photos and accents in the squares in the circles.

Thanks so mcuh! :)

This is the one that I ended up switching to for the first scraplift challenge... this one had several other pics I was going to mix in too.

My brain was going faster than my hands could get it all together. :)

Theresa, your LO's are wonderful. I know what you mean about having ideas in your head and having a hard time getting them all out of your head. Your photos are so beautiful. I wonder what kind of camera you are using? The colors are so rich and make the photos pop off of the page that much more.
