My inspiration came from Brandy Hackman's Giraffe dance in the scrapgirls designers gallery. (sorry I don't know how to do the link) (i've tried five times already!!!!)

These sets of pictures, I realized I was putting too many and narrowed it down to these few that popped the most and they seemed to work better without the extra pretties. I plan to do another layout inspired by that same one of yours where I can use photos and accents in the squares in the circles.

This is the one that I ended up switching to for the first scraplift challenge... this one had several other pics I was going to mix in too.
My brain was going faster than my hands could get it all together.
