We used to have one in the boutique, but the designer is no longer with Scrap Girls so her products are no longer available. One thing I sometimes do that might help you somewhat is to drag your item up from the photo bin to your layout. The item will land in the center of your page, and the layer will automatically be named with the name of the item. This works great for naming your layers and having a list of the supplies you used.
