SodScrap
I have never been one to set New Year's resolutions. They just seemed, well, too much. One word...more my speed! A word that just speaks to you, a word that inspires and motivates you? A word that just pops up every time you turn around? THIS might be your word of the year. One word that creates a vision for your future. Thinking of your one word, it's time to turn it into a layout. Your challenge is to create a layout including your one word and it's definition. You can use the dictionary's definition or your own definition or what it means to you. In the process of creating your layout, use two different templates. You can choose any combination of templates: Paper, Layout, Word Art, Alpha or Embellishment. You can choose to include photos or not. Don't miss the layout and album template sale! You can check them out here On Sale! Please post your completed layouts in the NL Challenge Gallery and post a link back in this thread.

Guest Doris R
This was harder than I would have thought...to come up with one word to be my beacon throughout the year. For many reasons, I chose "now." http://scrapgirls.net/forum/uploads/gallery/category_165/gallery_1489_165_36224.jpg

SodScrap
Ladies, your layouts are SO inspiring. I have to ask. Do you have intentions of keeping these on display somewhere? Or are you using sticky notes on your mirror and monitor? I'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas of how you intend to keep your word in the forefront throughout the year. Westina
Thanks for the challenge Conda. I hope to get busy applying my word as soon as possible and stick with it throughout the year. Here's my layout. I've printed it (6x4) and have it on a little easel display stand, right on my desk.
