jhbren
I'm experiencing difficulties posting responses to comments in the forum. In the last day or two, I've tried to respond to three messages by including quotes from earlier entries. The quote shows up as expected, I add my comment, and click on post. The result is a blank "comment" with my soggy, and the posting time - no text included. What am I doing wrong?
Brandy M
I don't know Jo.... I've had another weird thing with trying to post to ScrapStacks from here and it won't, but it will from my blog. I know there was a new Java update, so maybe that has something to do with it. I thought rebooting would fix it but nada. I hope these little weird things work out soon... it's making me batty. I'll let April know about the trouble you're having.

April Showers
It seems like you're able to post okay now... can you still not post on that particular thread? I didn't test there, but everything looks like it should be working for you.
jhbren
I just sent a reply to you, including a quote of your message. It returned a blank comment field.
jhbren
But the last message, with no quote, worked fine. So it's probably something I'm doing, or not doing, with the quote function. Perhaps you could give me a link to instructions? Any help is appreciated, although this is not an urgent problem.

Hi Jo, You can find some information here in the Help pages under Navigating Categories, Topics and Posts. Basically, you want to: 1. Go to the post you want to quote. 2. Click the Quote button at the bottom of that post; a new reply box will open and you will see the quote at the top of the box. 3. Type your reply below the quote you see in the box. 4. Click the Post button. Let us know if you need more help
