How To Contact Adobe

I installed Elements 13 on my home computer, a pc, and at my vacation home, also a pc. The home pc crashed. I need a new license to activate Elements 13 on my new home pc. Does anyone know how to contact Adobe to get a new license? I've been on the chat for hours getting the message that they are helping other customers and please go to the forum -- which won't get me a new license. As you can tell, I'm totally frustrated! Any help/info would be appreciated!

I don't think you will need a new license. But I do know it is very! frustrating when dealing with their customer service. Just keep trying, I beleive they will straighten it out without your having to purchase another license, If I remember Correctly, you get one free reactivation.

You don't need a new license. On the back of the PSE13 package, there should be a serial number (24 numbers). As you download 13 to your new pc, it will ask you for this serial number. Just add that in the spaces and you are home free.

When I entered the serial number from the back of the box, I got an error message that I had exceeded the number of allowable installations (2 -- my former pc and the pc in my vacation home) and that the code was invalid. I have an Adobe account and was on the chat for well over an hour without any response other than they were helping other customers. The forums didn't have an answer to how to deactivate the program in a crashed computer that I can't operate. Totally frustratring!

Does this help?

You can click through the options, sign-in to your Adobe account and then send an email.

Hope you can find a quick resolution soon -- very frustrating!!

I can't promise this is still a good number as it has been a few years since I contacted them ---- 800 833-6687. It is frustrating to have a problem and not be able to speak with someone. FAQs don't always have the resolution to an issue. Hope the number is still good for you.
