annieDL
I'd like to give this a try. Haven't done any scrapping for ages and the idea of a Lovely Slow Scrap sounds great to me. I chose BMU_BeesKnees as she is my favourite designer.

englishrose
I'm a little late to the party but I'm definitely in. Task#1 Like Conda says, choosing a favourtie collection is like choosing a favourite child. Ive gone with AFT_Jubilant as I think this gives me the versatility I need to cope with whatever's coming next.
Eden
Task # 1 I agree, its difficult to chose and made worse by the fact that I rarely use only one collection in a layout. But big gulp - here goes. I'll use BMU_Botanicals
ValerieT
After a horrible January I am determined to get back to scrapping and what a perfect way to do it. LauraYB
Task #2: I chose 3 photos of my precious nephews. I cropped one photo and used some of Jody's suggested techniques learned during a Scrap Girls 10th Anniversary chat. Here's the link to the Dropbox download for the techniques. I use them quite a bit now.
Guest Doris R
This looks like something I'll enjoy doing. Never tried the Slow Scrap before, but since I now live in "lower, slower Delaware", I think it might be just right for me! I chose Syndee Nuckes' "Momento" from 2010. I'll be doing a layout from pictures taken during my sister-in-law and brother-in-law's recent 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration.
Marie-Christine
OMG I'm having trouble selecting, oh no.... Task #1 I'll be back shortly

princessrunningfingers
Week #1 - Task #2 I couldn't find recent photos that worked with my collection, so I took some photos of flowers in our restaurant. I altered them by blurring backgrounds. Edit - My blurring didn't work out as well as I expected, so I changed. I used the action Photo Basics - Classic Sepia w/ color on one of the photos. I hope that's ok.

AggieB
Task #1 What a tough choice! I don't usually use a whole collection and have only recently started arranging files so I can easily find a whole collection together. However, I have used pieces of this one many times: Angela Blanchard's Newlywed Collection, so I'll go with that. I originally got it because the colors were similar to my niece's wedding colors but today I am just thinking cheerful, but not so spring-like that I'll get all depressed looking at them. Task #2 Will look for photos tonight, maybe from the wedding?
