scrapgarden Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 Am having a terrible time trying to create an album in my gallery. Help says to go to "My Controls" page. Where is that? I went to my profile and tried various things, profile, my content and my settings. When I click on gallery and then albums from those places, it just tells my I don't have any. Westina Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 One way to do it is: 1) go to My Settings 2) underneath the My Settings heading on the left hand side is a purple bar with the words "Settings" and "Gallery" - click on Gallery 3) this will take you to the My Settings, Gallery. When I click on create this comes up Upload Step 1 Upload Media Step 2 Review and Publish No album or category selectedCreate New Album Select Category When I select 'create new album' this comes up Album Name Album Description Album Category (this says 2013 Monthly layout contest and I cannot change it. All categories are grayed out) Public Album Checking this box will allow other users to view your album. Allow comments Enabling this option will allow users to comment on images in this album. Some categories may override this option. Allow ratings Enabling this option will allow users to rate the album and images within the album. Some categories may override this option. Watermark images Watermarks uploaded images with an image chosen by the administrator. Some categories may override this option. When I fill in an album name and hit save I get a message telling me I'm not allowed to create any more albums. Any advice? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Westina Posted February 2, 2015 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Sorry for the troubles - when you select a category, scroll through the list near the bottom should be Members' Galleries.
