tinkerbell11
The theme for this week is Metamorphosis. Your challenge is to create a layout about some sort of outside technology you use to help you with a personal metamorphosis. So either a wearable device, or an app on your phone (it doesn't just have to be fitness - it can also be better sleep, eating healthy, meditation, etc). The "technology" part of this challenge will be to scrap using a screen shot (from either your phone or computer). So if you have a place where your device gives you a summary of your progress that would be a great thing to show on your layout.
tinkerbell11
I need to be honest I am struggling with this NL challenge as I am the last of my peers I think to NOT have a smart phone or ANY wearable device so I am truly stumped on how / what to scrap . I am still thinking!
scrapgran
I'm with you. My phone is just a phone & I don't use any wearable devices. I have an iPad but the apps I use aren't for self-improvement.

mbc72
What about an inspirational song on an ipod, or a great quote from Pinterest that motivates you? The technology would be the iPod or Computer. There are also apps on Kindles, or other tablets.
MariJ
Those are good ideas, Melanie because me too - dumb phone and no wearable devices. Maybe scrapping on a laptop can be motivational and inspiring? Or, I've found with being home and having to rest - it's been helpful having a Kindle and Ipod as they can be used laying down and help keep me amused. Gotta love Solataire... alsoarty
I only have a home phone. I have apps on my iPad, so I will choose one to use. It'll be a surprise.
GrannieEv
Having any of those smart, I, device thingies would be a Metamorphosis for me LOL
Nanscraps
Took screen shots of my Paprika App. I endlessly experiment with my cooking, seeking to make it healthier and prettier and tastier. Paprika lets me collect recipes on the web continually.
Cheri T
Technology could also be "old-fashioned" - my layout I'm going to post shortly just journals about how I didn't join a fancy gym, but use exercise DVDs.

alsoarty
I don't exercise, or eat healthy - I make some good choices, so that counts right? LOL. Here is my favorite technological App on my iPad. Shopular. (Gasp! I don't have a cell phone)....

Boatlady
This page is a real stretch of the challenge but if it weren't for this technology breakthrough many things we have today would not be here. I thought of this partly because my husband helped design steering systems for cars, including this brand. Thanks for looking.
