Lighting Effects was part of the ScrapSimple Club the month it came out and uses products that were part of that club. To create the background I used Background Blenders 4 and just clipped color to the different parts. I then overlayed the lighting. to get the bokeh effect. Andrea is right that I used the ScrapSimple Embellishment Templates: Floral Mask Clusters to add the flowers behind the bird. I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
