Picture It 9 is what I am using at the moment, I've asked for adobe or photoshop for Christmas, but am not sure if I'll get it (it was on my list full of a ton of other stuff. Greedy me...hah)
Anyways, I would like to start designing my own elements and making papers and was wondering if anyone had done so with Pit9? If so, how did you go about it?
For example, how would one create a new paper using this program?
Thanks in advance!

I use PI v7.0 but I haven't tried to create any papers or anything. I mostly just play around with the program and a lot of the time, I'll find something neat.
