So last night and earlier today I tried to LSL in the All About Me Gallery. When I tried to enter the gallery nothing would pop up. This morning I rebooted and was able to briefly see all the posts. I got interrupted and didn't post anything. I tried again this afternoon. Still the samething. However, after I rebooted my antivirus software is blocking access to this website saying it contains malious content. I did a scan on my computer and there are no threats. So now what? I'm posting this from my Kindle Fire tablet, which I might add I have know problem seeing anything in the gallery. Also when it wasn't blocked I had no issues in the forum or boutique. CRS Posted September 28, 2015 Share Posted September 28, 2015 On occasion, I have trouble with the gallery. It takes quite awhile to come up and when it does, there is an error. But I either refresh or click the Gallery tab again and it works just fine. It's a random thing and definitely not a daily issue. But just thought I'd throw that out there, too. I can get all the way to the page that shows someone's LO but the LO doesn't show even after refreshing. Going to reboot computer again and see what happens. I just don't know if something with my internet, computer, or what. It is frustrating but I'm just glad I can get on to the site and LSL. I'm behind on it but hope to catch up tomorrow. April Showers Posted September 30, 2015 Share Posted September 30, 2015 Kelly, If you continue to get block notices, try doing what they suggest in this webroot post from a while ago. Our forum software had benign malware a few years ago which was resolved. There could be some leftover issues from then that are affecting the web reputation. ladyscrapalot Posted October 16, 2015 Author Share Posted October 16, 2015 Here's where things stand. Webroot said there is nothing they need to do. We've had to have our internet updated. I'm still having issues in the forums and gallery. I have to refresh each page. Sometimes in the galleryi have to refresh more than once, which isn't really a problem just a hassle and it increases the view counts. It's also something I can deal with, I just wanted you to be aware of it. I use Goggle Chrome I don't know if that is the issue. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
