Barb Eugene
Someone figured this out in a posting and explained how to fix the issue. I can't find the thread and was hoping someone might be able to direct me to it. When I transferred files to a new computer, I was not able to open a lot of files that were created on a Mac. The title of the files appeared in green, not in black, like the other file names. I recall the issue could be resolved by changing something in the properties of the files. I just purchased some files by EMA and LLO. The titles are in green. I would like to be able to save them and actually be able to retrieve them later on. Lesann
I get this all the time. Right click on the green file name, go to properties (usually at the bottom). Then then click advanced and unclick the checkbox about encrypted. Then apply and say yes when it asks for all folders and subfolders. It a minute or two all should be black and you can do what you need with them. Hope this helps. Leslie Ann
