Ss Challenges?

I'm realizing that I have lots of ScrapSimple clubs and just don't use them. I don't know if I'm intimidated or just no making time to figure it out. Most of my scrapbooking happens from the challenges and I'm wondering if there can be any challenges using the scrapsimple clubs? (maybe there is and I don't know it?). I know there are tutorials but the fun of the games and challenges are so much more motivating. :daisy:

You may want to keep in mind though there aren't any regularly scheduled ScrapSimple Challenges, you may use any ScrapSimple products for any challenge. Also, if you ever need additional help with any SS products, just post your questions in the forum. We're always happy to help. :)

Thanks ladies! I'm doing the Monthly challenges so I think that is where I got the idea. I do search for SS templates to use but can never seem to figure out what to do with a whole club. Maybe a good idea would be for me to dedicate a day to learning to use a SS club collection. But I love the extra motivation. :)

There are several tutorials on the blog to help you. A good tip to get started is to maybe add one SS product to your layout at a time. I rarely stick to only SS products on my layout, I usually mix them with finished products.

You can use some SS items for this week's Newsletter challenge - blended photos. Using SS blenders papers is a really easy way to do that. Several of our designers have done them.

Great idea, Gayle! :)

Me too, Melanie. I can only think of one time I ever used only products on one layout, and that was brushes. :)

I have found the best way to learn the SS stuff is just to play with them. This was so hard for me at first because I wanted a step by step by step. "Do this" and "get this" result. But really, you can do SO much with them and there sort of isn't a right or wrong way to do them. (obviously there are basics to learn) With that said, always feel free to ask questions here on the mb. Be as specific as you can be with product names even. The members here are FANTASTIC and knowledgeable and are always eager to help! Most of the clubs come with tutorials to help with specific products. I know the blog has been mentioned as well, it is a great resource!
