The Scrap Girls World Tour 2016

Arrgh again! I have a love/hate relationship with siggys. I've managed to create one, and have printed and read April's instructions on adding it to the gallery. But I can't seem to get past the first step - deleting the current siggy. Nothing I've tried allows me to select it; the delete option does not appear. What am I missing, or doing wrong? Any help will be appreciated!

Hi Jo,

I can probably help you to get it posted to the forum, but I don't see a new siggy for you in the gallery. Are you sure you posted it to the Word Tour 2016 Gallery?

No, Theresa, I didn't post it at all. I was trying to put it in the signature gallery - that's what I thought April instructions required. I'll try adding it to the World Tour gallery. Thanks!

Hi Jo,

Normally when we create new siggies, we post them to the signature gallery, but because a new siggy is a requirement for the World Tour game, we are posting them to the World Tour Gallery. Sorry if we confused you.

Once you get it posted to the gallery if you have trouble getting it into the forum, I'll see if I can get it for you. ;)

I barely survived last year's World Tour :D, so I'm looking forward to a nice relaxing trip this year. I'm sure those Titanic icons in the first post don't mean anything, right?

You ladies who are going to the spa: book me, too! I'll meet you later at the pool for a tropical drink and a nap.

Diane you are booked in, my siggie is being created whilst sipping pina colada and enjoy the whirlpool :D

There is plenty of room while we wait :D

Thanks, Marie. Yum... that drink looks good. Now THIS is the way to travel! :D

Gosh I feel I'm only just in time - you girls are partying already. Need to unpack and give myself a pedicure before I can be seen by the pool. Siggie will have to wait until tomorrow I think.

No worries, Hilary. We wouldn't want you with bare toes! :D Pick a good color!

Thanks again, Theresa! I think part of my flustering is due to trying to get packed for a trip and learning to use a new GPS device for the car AND post the siggy - all in one afternoon.. And I never have managed to navigate the posting of a quote - that's a lesson for later - like maybe middle of June. Happy traveling, scrappers!

All the new siggies look wonderful, ladies. I had placed a butterfly on my siggy, but she flew off on a world tour of her own. She said that she'd see me in time for the Autumn siggy.

I have an advantage- maybe... I am already packed from this trip to Florida so I hope our first stop is a warm one.

See everyone soon.

Newbie here - Are we supposed to copy and use this passport, add stamps to it? (Note I have only been out of the US twice in my life so thanks for your help!)

No, Steph. The passport is only for tracking purposes. Valerie and I will be adding names and "stamps" to the passport as we go along. Similar to how April did the Challenge Chase.

I deleted the passport from your post for you. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Glad you are going on the tour with us! :)

Carol you make me giggle! I've been lounging at the pool all day and having so much fun with my fellow cruisers I never got back to the computer or completed the first task, oops! I wonder if there will be a "partying" task, I think we'd all pass that one.

Tomorrow's another day; I hear a bit of a ruckus down the hall, but I think I'd better get some sleep, night night everyone....

Oh my - you all look like you're off and running. I think I'm going to miss most of this tour. Tomorrow I'm on my way to a week in Ohio with my sister for high school and family reunions - about a week. In the last 12 days of June, and into early July, DH & I will be on our own adventure - a photo safari in Africa, mostly Botswana. I'll see what I can fit into the middle of the month. Definitely a new biggie - I'm WAY overdo.

Hope you all have a rollicking & scrapping good time!

If you do make it to the other end of Africa, Cape Town, maybe we could get together.
