(I may change it to make it easier for me to track if you don't.) You are welcome to submit more than one recipe. Please do! I found this on a Low Carb High Fat Facebook group, and I love it! The sausage is my favorite of the two, but so easy! The back of each card has the nutrition information, I input the recipe at Spark People and it broke it all down for me.
