Ande43
I just noticed that the LO's are all 3600x3600 or 2400x2400 in Dimensions regardless if they are 12x12 or 8x8....is there any where that shows it has been reduced to 8x8....I have put in PSE and checked afew and they are what the Folder says they should be. I guess I have thought the # of Dimensions were different depending on the size in Inches ..... Silly me. LOL
Cheri T
I don't know if it's the same in PSE, but in PS I go to Image/Image Size and can see how many inches my item is and at what dpi.
A-M
Carol the 12 x 12 should be 3600 x 3600 pixels and the 8 x 8 should be 2400 x 2400 pixels. Now is your concern with opening a new blank file? you should be able to make it 12 x 12 inches and make sure the resolution is 300. If this is not the issue you may need to explain a little more. I guess I was wondering if somewhere it stated 12x12 or 8x8....I see it doesn't.....I have them in the appropriate folders, but want to make sure it is a 12x12 I delete .....I don't think I need the 12x12 if I save the TIFF ....I only print the 8x8.....I did take several to PSE and check the Image in resize and it seems Ive filed them right LOL.....I did find tho that there are 12x12 at both 2400 and 3600 and also 8x8 at both Pixels.....does that matter and how does that happen....I do use 300 resolution when opening a new file for a LO.....sometimes If I am using a Template I don't open a new file base ....could that be the difference ?? A-M
Carol, the pixels is the size. If it says 3600 x 3600 then that is 12 x 12 inches. Once you change the 3600 to 2400 it becomes 8 inches instead of the 12 inches. You should be able to see the inches size when you view the JPEG in your PSE program - you click Image and then resize. Are the JPEG images what you have created or the preview of templates ? Are you resizing your finished layouts?

I resize the Finished LO..I save a finished TIFF....and save a JPEG when I finish in12x12....then Resize to 8x8 and save as JPEG....and then Save for Web
