I like the embossed look. I purchased Brandy Murray's Embossed but I can't find how to apply the embossed look to the paper I want to use. I know it is probably something simple that I am missing but I couldn't find any instructions on how to do it. Any help would make my day.

Hi, I normally don’t use styles on papers, but I know others do!  What I’d normall do with a style is to select the layer I want to use it on (your paper) and then double click the style icon in the effects panel.   I work in PSE 13 but someone should come along with better info if that doesn’t help.
Good luck and keep asking if you can’t get it to work.   :)

I am using Brandy's collection that has 16 white papers with different embossing. I do have her other embossing in my styles. I should have clarified what I was using. Thank you for the reply.

Hi Granny Scrapper,

Just clip your paper to the embossed paper and change the blending mode to multiply. (depends on the paper) Some times I double my paper and use multiply on one and another blending mode on the second one to even things out. If you want just a plain color, multiple is best. I hope this helps!

You are so VERY welcome. And I agree with you, it was the whole reason I became a Scrapgirl 12 years ago. The community here is the best.

Good luck and let me know if there is anything else you need.
