Here’s how a Swap Crop works: A topic will be posted and once the sign up period is over you will be assigned a partner to send photos to and one to receive photos from. Email addresses will be exchanged in order to do this and a deadline date for completed layouts will be indicated in the initial thread. On Reveal Day you will post your layout on the Forum after which you will email a full resolution jpeg copy of the layout you created to your partner. It’s fun seeing how someone else scraps your photos and creating a page for someone else! Win-Win! A Few Requests: * A Swap Crop can be fun, but we’ve had a few disappointments in the past where members creating a layout did not receive one in return. While we understand unexpected things happen, PLEASE do not sign up if you feel you might not be able to follow through with a layout for your partner. * Likewise, please try to post on time - it’s hard when everyone else has a page and one person doesn’t. We also ask you don’t post before the posting time and spoil the surprise for everyone!* Next we ask that you remember to email the full-sized jpeg of your layout to your partner. We’ll remind you in this thread, but we’d like everyone to come away with what they were promised, so please try hard to do this.* Lastly, we ask that you comment/LSL on the layout created for you and if possible on other layouts in the Swap. Everyone takes pains to create their pages, let’s give them some kudos and notice their efforts! You can join Apugust’s Swap Crop by signing up below. The deadline for sign-up will be Wednesday August 8th, 2018. Reveal Day will be Friday August 31st, 2018. The list of participants will be in a column in this thread. Contact the person above and below you on the list via PM and exchange email addresses. You'll then send relevant photos to the person below you and receive photos from the person above you. The last person on the list will send to the first person on the list. You can send as many photos as you'd like and any journaling, but only 1 layout is required. REMEMBER: Reveal day is Friday August 31st, 2018. That's the day you'll post your layouts in the Swap Crop Gallery and send a flattened, hi-resolution copy of the layout you created for your partner to her.
