MrsCropper
I am interested I learning how to design kits but I have no idea where to begin. Are there classes, books or tutorials available somewhere to help someone get started? Thanks! Barb mrscropper
MariJ
Hi Barb, I don’t know of any resources like this; since we have our own ScrapGirls’ store we really don’t carry items like that.
angleigh
Hi Barb...google is a great resource. If your wondering a technique you can always google it and find lots of information on it. But there's really no one place that will tell you from start to finish how to design a kit. It's just alot of practice
Mikelle
Not that I've ever really tried designing, but I was going to say You Tube - there are lots of tutorials out there for various digital techniques. I'd say step by step, learn various techniques and they all build on each other until you're at the point you can put together an entire kit yourself. At least that's how I've imagined it would go for me, if I ever head that direction! I've been thinking I'd like to learn how to make styles. I love styles, and I'm curious how the designers make them.
lindarobin
If your question is about file formats, resolution size, and creating a zip folder for distribution, I can help.
