Rose Ann
I've seen the Goodnotes stickers and things in the design shop, but I have a Microsoft Surface and I use One Note. Has anyone tried to do something similar for One Note? I can't seem to figure out how to change the basic template. I thought about just saving something as a PDF to use as note pages, and it would probably work, but One Note uses it's one file format, so I should be able to create or modify a template, right? Any help is greatly appreciated!
Westina
Hi Rose Ann, it is possible to save pages as templates with OneNote 2016. I use that version on my desktop, as well as OneNote 2010. The OneNote web app doesn't have that capability. Which model of Surface do you have?
Rose Ann
(This is the technical stuff, but it's a Surface Pro 6. That's way bigger than I thought it would be.
Westina
Very nice! Since the Pro model has the full Windows operating system, you could install OneNote 2016 if you don't already have it. It does have a few more options than the web app. Microsoft has a link to download it for free. If you go that route, I'd make a backup before installing. On the menu bar, the 2016 version has a Insert > Page Templates option.
