The tutorial by April is old and the page at the top does not look like she has got in the tutorial. So I'm stumped. Is there anything more up to date? If you go to the top right of the page where your name and Avatar are, click on the down arrow next to your page. Then, click on "Account Settings". Then, on the left next under "Overview" click "Signature". You will see your Siggie and Blinkies. Under "Signature Restrictions" at the top it will tell you how large they can be. If you look under your Blinkies it says "Drag files here to attach or choose files" I'm fairly certain you can drag what you want to that box, but that part I'm not positive about. If it doesn't work, I'll look further or maybe someone else will come along. I hope this helps, I haven't changed mine in a long time.
