Getting Published Submitting your digital layouts

I have a question about submitting your digital layouts to publications...

I know that you have to submit a smaller res version to the magazines, but I'm assuming that you'd have to have the high res version available so that it will print nicely for them?

It depends. The different magazines want different things. SOmetime they'll ask you to mail in a high res print, sometimes a CD of the .jpg file, sometimes both, sometimes they want a file emailed to them. Just be sure to ask what they want when you get that call!
