Hi Everyone, I'm Joan, wife of Sarkis, mother of teenager Tim and daughter of a still healthy 83 yr. old mother who still nags me to death (and that's how I know she still has all her marbles.)
I'm about to get started with digital scrapbooking and am totally pumped.

I am Rachel and I love creating collages best. I have done some scrapbooking. I love ScrapGirls. This is one of othe best sites on the web!

I have a very wonderful cat. His name is Merlyn. He pretty much runs my house too. He can get pretty psychotic sometimes. I spoiled him when he was a kitten and man, am I paying for it now. :giggle_bear:

I have two grown daughters and five grandchildren. My last granddaughter was born last Nov and she was born with a clef pallate and lip. She has had 2 surgeries so far with 2 or 3 more to go. She is so precious. She is smart as a whip and she can speak some words clearly, others not so clearly but we are working with her and she catches on really quick.

I live in So. Cal. and I love it here.

Hi! While I have been using this site for 2 years, I never took the time to use the boards. My loss! Since I "plan" on going to the convention, if there is space when I am able to register, I thought I would become active here! I'd like to get to know more about the friendly, creative people I've read about on Scrap Girls!

I live in Phoenix, but spend a lot of time in a small town in Colorado. My daughter is a professor at Adams State College, but has MS. We spend a lot of time at her house helping out. We spend a a month or two in CO, then head back to AZ for 2-3 months, then repeat!

Instead of being snowbirds, we are sunbirds! Ha! We live in an RV when in Colorado, and are here even when it is MINUS 30 degrees. Brrr.

I am a retired medical technologist and my DH is a retired disabled veteran. I am fortunate enough to have several "gigs" online to help make ends meet.

I was very disappointed to miss the convention last year, and am thrilled to go this year. The convention is right around my birthday, so Dh said, "Let's go!". He will stay in the RV with our two little doggies while I am scrapping, and watch TV and read the news online. (He is a news junkie)

I am SO looking forward to getting to know all of you!
