alsoarty
There are clean, traditional scrapbook pages, and then there are art journal styles, grunge, white space etc. Today I challenge you to create a grungy art journal style BACKGROUND, and then add 3 photos over a bunch of layers. Layers of EMBS or paper, flowers, tickets, flowers, as much as you like. (I have a hard time adding a ton of embellishments, and I know a lot of people can do it beautifully, and some don't prefer it. But let's try it. Even if you scribble over it, make it really busy and grungy. Add your layouts to he Weekend Wildcard Challenge Gallery, and a link back here to your messed up but organized mess layout. Let's just have fun! Everything goes. HERE is my layout

Mikelle
I'm going to try - lots of embellishments are hard for me! I just get overwhelmed on where to put them all.

DixieLee
I tried it - I learned how to use the dodge and burn tool and that was good for me

Mikelle
It took me a while, but I didn't struggle too much. Andrea, using premade clusters is a good idea. I didn't this time, but I actually need to do that more often. Here's mine: Summer Hike

ScrapgirlCindy
I see I did not read the part about 3 pictures until just now. Oops. Anyway, this is my attempt at the challenge. I layered until I just could not add one more thing. This is MINE
