I have used this website in the past to keep my food log. It takes a little effort to get your pantry set up but once you do it is quick and easy to use. I judt did it for each day and within a couple weeks it was mostly done, then all I had to do was put in the amounts I ate and click total! I really like that I can take a recipe I use, put all the ingrediants in and it tells me all the calories, fats, carbs and SOOOOO much more. It will even give you "better choices" for ingrediants if you want them.

Thanks for the link. Their site seems to have some good info. I like the free articles they have there, and will have to go back and read some more when I get a chance.

I am currently using fitday for pc. They also have a free web food log at www.fitday.com I just prefer using my pc version as I've already added quite a few recipes and have my favorite food choices set up.

Pretty neat site for sure. Don't like that it said I'm pretty much overweight though, lol. Guess that's all the M&M's I've been eating the last few days. ROFL!

To have a friend is to have a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold and an extra pair of legs when yours are too weak to stand alone...

I have been living buried in books and writing classes... as an added note I must say that it is rather scary when you start dreaming and all you can see within your dreams is words floating everywhere!
