Guest miss bumble
Hi there Does anyone know how I can fix a Photo that is Blurred. I have a photo of my daughter at her graduation, it has come out slightly blurred, I took it with my new camers Cannon 350 D. Any help would be graetfully received. Guest dawnsmemories
What about using the sharpening tool? Are you using PS or PSE also, there is picasso 2 by Google that is great for making quick adjustments to photos. Just go to Google and type in Picasso. The link to download should come up. It is great for fixing the entire photo, where as for parts of the photo, I personally work within PSE4 HTH! Dawn PS - if you e-mail me the photo, I will try to play in Pacasso for you dawnsmemories@yahoo.com
Guest faerywings
Sometimes is the photo can't be fixed, I find playing with a filter or making it b & w can give it a different feel where the blurring isn't noticable. Virtual Photographer is a good one to try. I can't remember where I got it, but if you search for it, it will come up. There are a few B&W filters in it that might help- dreamt and reminising are two that come to mind.
Crueltyfre/Lori
There are some filters/plugins you can buy that supposedly correct blurred photo's. It really depends on how blurry they are to begin with. Most offer free trials so you can see if it will work for you before you buy them. momentousangel
I took a photo of my ds that wasn't so perfect and was pretty blurred and guess what, I scrapped it anyways because even with it's perfections it meant something to me. Even if the photo can't be fixed, if it is meaningful, (being your dd's graduation makes it very meaningful indeed) I would still scrap it. People often don't realize that even if a photo isn't perfect, it is okay to scrap it anyways. Here's the not so perfect photo I scrapped.
