Betsy Posted January 15, 2007 Share Posted January 15, 2007 The problem with Wizard of Oz - or other recognizable characters like Elmo, Disney items or Dora the Explorer, etc. - is that those images and phrases are copyright protected. Designers can't use those images without paying a hefty licensing fee, or they faced getting sued. So you find a specific Wizard of Oz kit, but you be able to find a Halloween or other kit in the Boutique that uses the colors you're looking for.
