hi folks some of you will know that i had an op the end of november to help me with my weightloss programme i have just been for my first fill and got weighed for first time since op and have lost 2 stone and 3lbs and all in 7 weeks :breakdance: :breakdance: next fill is not for another 10 weeks so hoping to have lost at least another stone. everyday i notice small differences, in my clothes. my body, and my energy,
beginning to believe that 2007 is going to be my year, :breakdance: :breakdance:

To have a friend is to have a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold and an extra pair of legs when yours are too weak to stand alone...

I have been living buried in books and writing classes... as an added note I must say that it is rather scary when you start dreaming and all you can see within your dreams is words floating everywhere!

Jemmia, so glad to hear from you. I knew you had surgery several months ago and was wondering how you were doing. I miss that sweet smile of yours. I have a friend that had the same surgery, or at least one like it, about 1 year ago and looks great, and feels great. Take care of yourself and check in with us when you can.

I would also like to know what a stone is.

Jemmia I didn't realised you had all this going on in your life. I must have missed the thread you put up. . I had noticed that you weren't around much and was just thinking that maybe you had got busy with Christmas and New Year.

WOW WTG.

That's a great acheivement. 2 stone is 13 kgs. :dancingcow: :dancingcow: :dancingcow:

I checked my scales cos I have ones that have both. New Zeland is into the kgs etc but this old timer has never got it so I still work in stone and ozs. :disappearing-smilie:

Keep up the good work and it will be great to hear your progression.
