Florida granny
Here's mine: Orange Pistachio Quinoa Salad. It's vegetarian and vegan. One note: Quinoa has no gluten. However, celiac patients are warned that it possibly can stimulate a gluten response.
Celestine
Here is Peanut Butter & Blueberry Crunch Wraps. We first had a version of this after morning hiking in Moab on an ungodly hot day. We had walked into a little vegetarian eatery ( I also had this incredible carrot and honey smoothie!), and wanted something to fortify us. This sounded delicious and refreshing, and it was oh, so good. I made up my own version when we got home, and the kids love to take them on hikes and picnics. In addition, the tortilla wrap holds up a little better than bread when shoved into a backpack.

goosie
Here is my 1st recipe. Salmon-Stuffed Avocados I'm going to try to do some more recipes, but I can't guarantee I'll get it done. I'm on spring break in Florida, followed by a short cruise, plus I forgot to bring my digital file with me, so I don't know which recipes I've already submitted - ugh!! Oh well, you never know!
