Thanks for the tip Kathleen. I think it's a great tutorial and I'm keen to try out the first one and the neon glow one.

I was a bit surprised by the negative comments on the post too. I thought they were totally misplaced. So I felt I had to weigh in to the argument with MY view on THEM.

Wow, CC you are right! I went back and read the comments and I cn't believe how mean some of those people were! Why do they have to be so nasty? Why couldn't they just say "oh this isn't for me" and look at something else instead of saying mean things? It makes me sad. Apparantly their mothers never taught that if you don't have something nice to say, it's best to say nothing at all!

I am so glad that we don't have anyone who is like that here. Reading stuff like that makes me realize just how special this place is, with all of the wonderful, supportive members!

Kathleen~ Great layout, those photos look awesome! I will leave you some comments in the gallery.

You are so right, Mickelle! Reading the comments from other sites makes me grateful to be a ScrapGirl-everyone is so friendly and supportive. I think even if people here did disagree about something, they would approach the disagreement with an open mind, trying their best to understand where the other person was coming from, without being rude or just plain mean!

Thanks so much for this link. It's bookmarked in my folder of photos and photoshop how-to! Now that I'm scrapping, I am getting into photography...and my husband is also realizing the differences between our point and shoot and my siblings' DSLR cameras. Looks like a DSLR will be making it to our Christmas/Bday wishlist! Yay!

But back to the link...I signed up for their newsletter and read a lot of their most recent blog posts. Cool stuff.
