angies
I am trying to add a layer on top of another layer, but it keeps going behind the layer instead of on top of it. How do I make it go on the top instead of on the bottom?? Thanks . - Angie
scrappylibrarian
Angie, what program are you using? In PSE you need to open your layers palate and you can drag it to the top. Not sure on others.
anna
Or, in PSE you can go up to the top, under layers, and use "move to front" or "move to back." Can't help you with other programs! Sorry!
angies
I am using PSE 4.0. Sorry I didn't include that before. Thank you for the replies! I am so new to this, so sorry if I keep asking rather obvious questions. I appreciate your help on this new adventure . I am already addicted to digital scrapbooking!! It has taken me a few days and a lot of experimenting, but I think I am almost done with my first page . - Angie
TeaScrapper
To bring a layer to the top, you can click on that layer in the layers palette on the right hand side of your screen and drag it above another layer(s). Or, you can click on that layer, then click on "Layer" at the top of your screen, then click on "Arrange" and choose which option you want. sprinklz
Another way to move a layer - control + ] moves the layer up control + [ moves the layer down (learned that little gem from Ro!)
