I adjusted the photo in lightroom using the "aged photo" preset. I blended together two papers from Sydnee Nuckles' Anticipation paper mini. I used the alpha from Sydnee's Anticipation collection in the title and around the "Love" label (A & S, the first initials of the children). I used blending modes on the "Love" label (to lighten/soften it a bit) and on the alpha (to change the color). I did this for the Digital Photography Simplified class I'm taking here at Scrap Girls and thought I'd post it in the club gallery as well, as most of the supplies are from this month's club (which I LOVE!). I'd already started this layout with the journal/desk theme even before the July club came out, but once that came out, it ended up being perfect and I re-did most of it!
