Topics I've Started
02 December 2012 - 09:22 PMToday was a very frightening day. Our daughter-in-law underwent an emergency caesarian to deliver her 24 week old son. He is so small, so fragile. We won't know for a while what his prognosis will be. We are hopeful of the best for him and we could use a few prayers at this time. Thank you.
Update: our little boy Max - although very courageous, overcoming many, many medical obstacles (resulting in everyone knowing him as "Miracle Max"), developed hydrocephalus as a result of his emergency birth. Today the respiratory aids were removed and he passed away in the arms of his mother. Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts.
07 November 2012 - 06:44 PMI'm using PSCS5 with Windows Vista. I'm trying to change just the picture on my page using the above action. It turns the entire page to B/W. When I move the picture to a separate document (only thing in the doc)run the action, then try to move the completed picture into my scrapbook page, it either turns the entire page b/w or it reverts to my color photo losing the action applied. I checked my actions folder and I don't have any instructions for this. I love the effect and would love to use it. Any suggestions?
Edited: I searched around the forum and found old posts from 2008 and behold there was my answer. I neglected to merge the layers generated from the action.
20 October 2012 - 12:57 AMI'm using CS5, Windows Vista. I've been use Photoshop since v6.0 and have never encountered this problem. When I drag an object into my file in Photoshop, it automatically has the resizing box with 4 handles around it. When I click on another object in the layers palette, it then becomes 'boxed'. When I move my cursor near the 'box' I get the tool which rotates the object. I still have to use the ctrl-T to resize but not to rotate. I never changed anything in any preferences or menus - Photoshop just started doing this all on its own. I don't like this because when I'm looking at my layout, there is always an object with this box around it. I hope I've made myself clear and some of you Photoshop gurus out there are able to help me.
26 September 2012 - 04:42 PMBrandy, are you considering another Calendar Blenders, for 2013. I used your 2012 calendar for gifts for my family - they were a smashing hit! I just love the blending technique. I might add, I adore all your designs.
