Still Having Trouble With Abr_frameit_edgy Templates

04 November 2007 - 07:29 PM

Help?! I know this is gonna seem really simple to you experienced gals but I just can't get this to work.

Can someone look at the message: Having Trouble Putting Photos.....a few topics down from this one. Ro gave me a great answer, but I'm having trouble with a specific product that doesn't have a photo template. There's a frame but no dark template to put a photo on. When I put my photo on the frame template all I get is my picture stuck to the frame and a hole in the middle. What am I doing wrong with that specific product? It's ABR_SSDLO_FrameIt_Edgy2_12x12_1. I can't find photo templates in any of the Edgy LO templates.

Thanks to anyone who can take the time to answer this question. I must be missing some important, and probably really easy, step.

Having Trouble Putting Photos Into A Page Layout Template

25 October 2007 - 11:37 PM

I'm using PSE4. Sometimes I can assemble the layers of a page layout template onto the background layer, link the layers, move to a new document and then unlink layers so that I'm ready to start my layout. Here's the problem: sometimes I have trouble getting the photos into the photo frames on a layout template. I resize them and then Ctrl+G to stick them into the photo space. Sometimes this works great. Am I missing something? Right now I'm using ABR_SSDLOFrameIt_Edgy2_12x12_1. When I Ctrl+G the picture clips to the frame only and I can't see the picture in the middle of the frame - it's transparent in the middle. Thanks for any help.

Trying To Print True 8x8

23 July 2007 - 10:32 PM

Has anyone else had this problem? I've got my layout (12x12 inch psd) which I then flatten and resize to 8x8 and save as a JPEG. When I print this 8x8 it really comes out 8 1/4 x 8 1/4 inches. I have to trim off part of my layout to make it fit into my photo album. So.....I went back to my original psd and resized to 7 3/4 x 7 3/4. It still prints out at 8 1/4 inches square. I'm stuck. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
