i am sure somewhere along the way i inadvertently clicked on something and changed something. used to be when i would drag a 12x12 paper onto a 12x12 layout it covered the whole page. now all the pages even though on their own they are 12x12 when drug (is that a word?) onto another layout all show up as 10x10. at first i thought scrapgirls changed the size. then i realized it did this with all papers. open on their own they measure 12x12 but when added as another layer they shrink.

i used to be able to open a zipped file to see what was in it and then select med icon for the view, so i could see the picture of what in there and then say select all the buttons at once and put them in the button file, then select all the ribbons and put them in the ribbon file, all the red paper to the red paper file, etc. now i cannot see the preview unless i click on each one, then extract that to where it should go. this is too time consuming. i am sure i messed with something unknowingly, but i dont know how to fix it. any ideas.

i changed my email address and also changed my profile email address on scrapgirls. but i am still getting my newsletter at my old address and not at my new address. do i need to do something else?

i want to credit back a template design and i wanted to link the name of the product right to the page. this is the template ABR_DLT_MPhoto4. when i search the gallery, i get all kinds of layouts using that template, but when i search the boutique, i get nothing. i just have the worst time finding things. any hints? thanks.

i have aso pulled stitches and never could make it look right (i am sure its me)tonight, because i am doing a layout that i want realistic stitches, i bought snu stitcheswild. it comes with a style and for the life of me i cannot find instructions or figure out what the heck to do with the style, how to color the thread to make it look realistic.

any suggestions, oh wise ones? my husband and son are camping tonight and i have this whole night to stay up til the wee hours and do my thing. a quick solution would be wonderful.
