Ss Paper Vintage Engravings Trellis

25 May 2012 - 02:32 PM

I have searched for this product and can't find it.

AMC_SS_Paper_Vintage-Engravings_Trellis

I know it is by Amanda McGee, but don't see her listed in the designer section either. It was used in a beautiful Ancestry Layout I saved to my hard drive.

Thanks for any information about it.

Tiff Keywords In Lightroom

20 April 2012 - 11:55 AM

I have been organizing my scrapbook materials in Lightroom 4. I am changing the png files to tiff files to preserve the transpapency. I discovered last night that the tiff files are not recognizing the keywords assigned to them in Lightroom when I check the meta data in Photoshop CS5. Is anyone else here using Lightroom for their scrapbook organizing, and if so, is this a problem on my end or is this a known problem. :justthinkingabout it:

Checking Out Lr

11 April 2012 - 02:09 PM

I have been looking around the web and viewing some tutorials on Lightroom and it looks better for organizing than Bridge. It's my understanding that pngs don't show up in either and do not hold keyword or metadata information. So someone said they were converting the pngs to tiff in Bridge and importing them into Lightroom to organize them. The question I can't seem to find an answer to, is once you have the tiff file in Lightroom, what do you do when you want to export it into Photoshop to use in a layout? It would have to be converted back to a png and I'm not sure where, how, or the easiest way to do that. That is the only thing that is holding me back from even trying the demo of Lightroom. Currently I am on a Mac using CS5. Thanks in advance for any input.

Fold & Curl Paper Template

20 December 2011 - 02:28 AM

Can someone direct me to a good tutorial or video on how to use these? I'm not a beginner. I've done lots of clipping masks, layering, erasing techniques, but this is giving me fits. Maybe my brain isn't working tonight! The directions for using paper templates doesn't seem to help much with these. I have even looked through my "More Scrapbook Secrets" book and can't see which might be helpful. Any suggestions or can someone who has worked with these a lot, give me step by step instructions? I figured I would start by putting the photo on top of the base layer and clipping it to that, but that doesn't seem right.
