I first became interested in paper scrapbooking back in the late 90s, but I never really had the time (or storage space) to get into it. I discovered digital scrapping around December 2006 (after getting my wedding photobook from our photographer) but I didn't think that I would have time to learn how to do it. I figured that I would wait until I had kids, but two years later I decided to take the time to learn how to do it. I'm so glad that I did. I have loved it, and I definitely find that it can be addictive. I work as an educator and have been married since June 2006. We had our daughter, Emery, in September 2011. We absolutely adore her. I'm now a working mom, which wasn't what I thought I wanted, but so far it really has suited me alright. Besides, since I'm in the school system, I get to be a stay-at-home-mom about 3 months out of the year. I enjoy singing and music in general. I like to read, and I have done some blogging, but I don't have as much time to keep up with it like I used to. I've been on the Scrap Girls forum since November 2009. I love this website!
