Sounds kinda complicated ...

So, I should move all my files from the old computer to an EHD? Only problem is I already moved them from the old computer to the new one, and it took 18 hours! Plus, I really want to keep them on this computer (the new laptop) so I can use it when I'm not at home. We have two EHDs, but they're homebodies, lol.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you said to do ... I'm not incredibly tech/computer savvy. (I thought I was, but this whole move thing has proven me wrong!)

Anyway ... I have a migraine right now, so maybe that's part of my confusion ...

Whoops, sorry I didn't make that clear! It's PSE's organizer. I have tens of thousands of elements, so that's why this is such a pain.

Well, I've been too busy these last couple of days to even think about scrapbooking! lol -- So, sorry I'm just now thanking you both for your answers. I will try the "free" explanation first, then if it's a pain in the, um, stern, I will look into Add-o-matic.

I appreciate y'all!

Yes, Nancy, you can get it without the software package, because that's what I was originally thinking of doing. I just went to Amazon and put "Wacom Bamboo" in the search bar and it brought up all the Bamboo products. You just have to look at the details and make sure it doesn't include the software. Also, you have to put the item in your cart as if you're going to buy it to see Amazon's price, since it's lower than what the manufacturer allows to have "published".

I sit on the couch with my laptop most of the time, too, because of back issues (can't sit in an office chair for long at a time), and I was thinking of just putting the pad on the seat next to me, which is where I also have the mouse (next to me). If that doesn't work I do have a computer table, but it's so much easier to just put the laptop on my lap top! lol

I think Amazon has the best deal of the ones I've checked so far. Now just waiting for the deposit to clear ... (drums fingers ...)
