Hi Sara, Do you have an ongoing problem or have you sustained an injury. Either way when your back is bad it affects so many actions. I don't sleep so well either. My problem is going to sleep. Can take hours but thankfully not every night. My brain won't slow down. Sympathise with you. Kay

I just saw your message. I don't know what it is about hard floors, but seem people say it helps. For me, I'd never be able to get up if I laid on my back, on a hard floor. It sounds like it's the same for you. I'm with you about resting on the sofa or a bed, but not the floor. :-)

I just read your mail about the tylenol. You are so right to warn people! Personally, I don't have a problem with it, but I know some people do.
When my doctor tells me I have to take something I am always carefull to check it out. Also a good thing to do: stick with one pharmacy; they have all your medication in the computer and a flag goes up if something isn't right.

Hey Sara!! I am often on here at this time because it is my time in the evening when I have some time to myself. I usually just cruise through the gallery, catch up with some of the message board. That usually overwhlems me a little so I just stick with checking out the gallery. There are just such lovely Lo's in there. Hope you don't lose out on too much sleep!

I had a few lay-outs posted a few years ago, but I hope to have more time soon. When I see all the beautiful los in the gallery I don't feel too confident. Maybe I have to take a few classes first.

wow, Sara, what a wonderful treat to have you leaving me comments again! Thank you for the sweet comment you made on my "Summer fun" layout. I felt so blessed today by all the love I received from my SG friends. Sweet Della is a pistol, she never stops moving. I wonder if she will be a state champion wrestler like her dad, NOT! Maybe a gymnast or soccer player :)
