A surprise visitor showed up at our house today!!! He's fuzzy and very PURPLE! My girls went crazy, they love him! He showed up with a South African passport, too... he traveled far! I fear San Antonio may be a bit boring for him! -

OK, so I figured something more out... my husband helped me with this part. I was actually trying to get a custom shape, to fit around edges of photos and embellishments, and he showed me I can use the Pen Tool in the same way you all said to use the Shape Tool. It took a little practice for me to use that pen tool, to get the right curves, but it works!!! Thanks for your help, this is a technique I'm going to use often! -

Never mind, found it!!! I had the marquee tool instead of the shape tool...
