    Are you perhaps thinking about the check box [ ERASE to HISTORY ] located in the Eraser task bar? Simply select the top layer you want to "cut down from" and then with your eraser brush simply click on your layout. Hope that helps!

    My thoughts too are that maybe the photo and the layout were done in separate color modes -- RGB and CMYK. If you worked on your photo in one mode and then dragged it into your working layout that is in the other color mode ... that might explain the changes in color when you dropped the edited photo into your layout. Hope that helps you! I'm with Brandy -- that can drive you nuts!

    Aw Jo, thankyou! Been really flat the last few weeks with new meds and today I ordered glasses for close up so perhaps i will be less tired... fingers crossed! Thanks for checking up on me, you are very kind!! We are going into winter here and it is getting cold, today is my first time having the heater on! Hope you are doing better!! :-)

    Thanks for the Howdy, Jo! I sure have missed my Scrapgirlfriends the last couple of weeks. I am very pleased to announce that I have successfully completed my first year back as a high school science teacher. I taught before my boys were born, then took a 14 year break. I am so glad to be back to doing what I love--but it is VERY consuming at times. Gotta love the summer!
