I have done an edit on picture of my son and his family. Their 9 year old son had chapped lips and looks like he has lipstick on. I tried using clone brush and did some layer mode changes but his lips are still too pink. Any ideas or suggestions?

I am setting up elements 10 in new windows 8 laptop. I have managed to move everything over from my desktop except for layer styles. I copy them to my external drive from desktop, but the styles are not there when I try to copy them to laptop. Can they not be copied and moved?

How awesome! The mini tutorials under each "cute stuff" was such a good addition. As one still struggling to learn all that is possible with PS and PSE, it was such a neat surprise to see how to's with specific layouts. I immediately printed that piece of the newsletter for future reference. Please continue that feature.

I got PSE 11 for Christmas (yay!) and have been trying to install it since the 26th of Dec. It will not go in (boo!) I get a shared technologies error. I was on the line with tech support for 4 hours one evening while he shared my screen. No success. The Adobe forum is full of complaints about this same problem. Before I return the program (sniff, sniff) I thought I would give you ladies a try to see if someone out there had managed a work around.

I am having a difficult time downloading purchases since the site has changed. I did some chatting with Angie after I used up all 5 of my opportunities and still did not have the download. I have always used a download manager, which Angie said should not have worked as the site does not allow it. Well, since the changes, download manager doesn't work. Boo Hoo....
So.....I am now downloading through Firefox, but GOOD GRIEF, just took 2 hours to download a 44.6 MB file at the lightning speed of 5.4 KB/sec. With download manager speed averaged about 75-85 KB/sec. Tried IE, but that wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?
