My scrapbooking journey all started with my husband.
Every year, i would design a calendar with a monthly calendar grid complemented by family photos, but after the 3rd year he asked for something different. Previously, he might like a photo on the January monthly calendar very much, but because it was so obviously a calendar, he felt rather foolish displaying it in his office past the month and would take it down to avoid being teased. After he came across some Japanese anime calendars which are almost completely posters save for a line of numbers at the bottom, he thought maybe i could do something similar?
And so i thought, and i thought, and finally something clicked in my mind. Why not get some inspiration from the scrapbooking community, and work with a scrapbooking theme? From then on, yours truly started slowly but surely falling in love with the whole scrapbooking world!
